Coronavirus Updates

Update: We are offering both in person and virtual appointments. We have limited availability for in person appointments in both Columbia and College Park, MD. Please ask about both in person and virtual opens when scheduling.

We are so grateful to have the capability to continue to work with our clients throughout this global pandemic. All because of technology! Thankfully, teletherapy and telenutrition sessions have been more widely available and accessible. Working with our clients in an online capacity is not anything new to us and we are grateful to always have had telenutrition as an option to our clients.

If you or a loved one is struggling with disordered eating or eating disorder behaviors, please contact us today. Some signs may include, but are certainly not limited to: cutting out foods or food groups, change in mood, anxiety surrounding meal times or eating certain foods, a change or increase in exercise patterns, comments on body/wanting to lose weight, going on a diet…

We’ll start off with a 15 minute discovery call so you can learn more about us and how we might be able to support you in achieving your recovery goals. If you want to learn more about our sessions, please head to Services.

Courage to Nourish has been sending out a monthly newsletter to stay connected with our community. Click here to sign up!

Lastly, we are staying on top of the news to provide our clients with important updates on our practice. Please either contact us directly by phone or email or check back here for most recent updates.
